Eni produces three grades of petrolatum called RP 56, RP 56AL, RP 150, obtained from different viscosity lubricating oil cuts and with different melting points and oil content.
The line also includes:
- Hydrogenated White RP 150, obtained from a catalytic hydrogenation process. The product is stable to oxidation and has excellent characteristics in terms of high melting point temperature, low oil content and high purity;
- SW03, a slack wax obtained by mixing different types of pure petrolatum slacks, with specific chemical-physical properties that make it suitable in various fields of application.
