Due to our annual stock-take and the upcoming holidays, delivery times for Eni Benelux will be slightly different in the month of December. We kindly request that you take this into account when placing bulk and packed orders.

Change to delivery times during stock-taking
We are unable to send out orders from our warehouse between 8 and 10 December. You can continue to place your orders as normal, however delivery will take slightly longer than usual.
Change to delivery times for packed orders:
Change to delivery times for bulk products: we expect to be able to deliver orders received before 12.00 on Thursday 3 December by no later than 8 December. For orders received after 12.00 on 3 December, we will agree a date for delivery on an order-by-order basis.
Change to delivery times over the 2020 holiday period
Changed delivery times also apply over the festive period. Eni Benelux expects to be able to deliver packed orders in accordance with the schedule below.
The standard delivery time for bulk products is no more than 5 working days. However, you can expect this to be longer than normal over the festive period.
