Eni heavy-duty lubricants are more topical than ever
Engine technology for heavy-duty vehicles is also innovating at a high pace, under the influence of new emission requirements and the ambition to lower fuel consumption. Within the i-Sigma line of lubricants, Eni has upgraded a few variants to meet the newest standards.

Apart from oils for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles, Eni also offers a complete range for heavy-duty vehicles like lorries, tractors and earth-moving machines: Eni i-Sigma.

Optimal cooperation
The Eni i-Sigma Top MS and Eni i-Sigma Top model lines are important pillars in the heavy-duty range. Eni i-Sigma Top MS was developed especially for optimal cooperation with the modern technologies for exhaust gas after-treatment. This is reflected, amongst other things, in a formula with low levels of sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur (Mid SAPS).

Eni i-Sigma Top, on the other hand, was developed especially for conventional engines that require engine oil with higher levels of sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur (Full SAPS). Both types of Eni i-Sigma meet the standards for multiple brands and manufacturers.

The variants below now offer improved performance, according to the latest specifications:

Eni i-Sigma Top MS 10W-40
Eni i-Sigma Top MS 5W-30

Both Eni i-Sigma Top MS variants now meet the requirements for API CK-4. These oils perform even better, due to improved shear stability, oxidation resistance and aeration control, amongst other things. These 2 variants are retroactively compatible with API CJ-4 recommendations.
