Eni Grease AC 1 is an aluminum complex grease with EP additives and antioxidants. Specially designed and manufactured to meets the needs of the steel industry. Specially designed and manufactured to meets the needs of the steel industry where is applied in for the lubrication of bearings at high temperatures (roller ways of slabbing, of the continuous casting ovens, etc.) and where a grease that can be pumped through particularly long and complex centralized supply circuits. Eni Grease AC 1 is also suitable for lubrication centralized circuits of hot-press guides. The presence of EP and anti-wear additives allows the formation of a lubricating film capable to resist to the mechanical stress that occur in mechanical parts subject to heavy loads with sliding coupling, confirmed by the Timken test where it reaches 45 lbs.
