Enilive's Quality Policy was signed on 5 June 2024. It renews and reinforces the commitment of all people in the business to work with integrity and impartiality for customer satisfaction.
Enilive Quality Policy
Enilive attaches great importance to the diffusion of the Quality Policy, a key document that inspires all our corporate functions. The principles it contains guide the development of our Management Systems, with the aim of constantly improving internal processes, promoting a culture of quality and fostering the sustainable growth of the company and its stakeholders.
Inspired by Eni's Mission, which is based on the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Quality Management System aims at maximum transparency towards customers and suppliers and is built on fundamental elements such as the careful analysis of the context, the monitoring of processes with a view to overall efficiency, the assessment and maximum mitigation of risks, and the awareness and involvement of all those involved.
The objective of operating in Quality involves all the people working at Enilive, and everyone, within their own sphere of competence, plays an important role in pursuing the sustainable development of their activities, guaranteeing responsibility, fairness, integrity, objectivity of judgement and confidentiality, values that are indispensable for the pursuit of our objectives.
