ENGINE OIL PACKAGES LINE, suitable for different needs, to ensure a high quality/price ratio lubricants responding to international and manufacturers ‘car specifications:
- ADDITIVE PACKAGES FOR PASSENGER CAR MOTOR OILS (PCMO), including high performance additive package API SP/RC, ILSAC GF 6, premium cost-effective PCMO complying with the most important OEM’s specifications.
- ADDITIVE PACKAGES FOR HEAVY DUTY DIESEL OILS (HDDO) and Cascade package for HDDO up to API CI-4.
- ADDITIVE PACKAGES FOR MARINE OILS, including solutions for both 4T and 2T engines (approved Wartsila too), as well as for the lubrication of auxiliary elements (turbines, hydraulic circuits, etc.).
- Two special platforms complete the line:
Eni TRIPLE TECHTM -> cascade additive packages technology for premium multigrade crankcase lubricants, suitable for being blended in mineral and synthetic formulations, when appropriate base stocks and viscosity modifier are used. Eni Triple Tech™ consists of 3 part-packages, to be conveniently mixed to obtain API performance engine oils with different applications such as passenger cars, light and heavy duty diesel vehicles and 4 stroke motorcycles ones. Formulations covered: SAE 5W-30, 10W-40, 15W-40, 15W-50, 20W-50.
Eni F.I.R.S.T. -> Innovative platform which involves two packages respectively oriented to diesel and gasoline performances formulated with proprietary components S-free detergent, Cl-free dispersant and new ashless friction reducer for PCMO/HDDO. Eni F.I.R.S.T. covers all specifications from API SP to API SB (for Gasoline) and API CF to API CB (for diesel).
INDUSTRIAL ADDITIVE PACKAGES LINE, based on long lasting experience in industrial lubricants, to offer high-performance additives packages for use in the formulation of excellent oils ensuring adequate protection of the lubricated components and extension of their useful life:
- HYDRAULIC OIL ADDITIVE PACKAGE, suitable to formulate flexible solutions (with approvals or not), fulfilling the most important OEM’s specification requirements in Group I; it is HF-0 Denison approved for ISO 46 grade lubricant. Enilive also developed a new high performance Viscosity Modifier PMA based for hydraulic oils that in combination with our packages and Group II base oil, allows to meet DIN 51524-3 HVLP.
- STEAM AND GAS TURBINE OIL ADDITIVE PACKAGE, suitable to formulate high performance Gas Turbine and Air Compressors lubricants complying with the most important specification and OEMs. It ensures excellent stability to oxidation and aging, prevents rust formation and protects from corrosion. Compressor oils containing Enilive package shows extremely high antioxidant, antirust and antiwear properties both in mineral and in synthetic formulations.
- SLIDEWAYS LUBRICANT ADDITIVE PACKAGE, to formulate lubricants with impressive antistick-slip properties together with antiwear, antirust and antiwelding ones, even under high loads, with circulation and total loss lubrication systems. When high quality base-stocks are used, lubricants formulated with this additive package satisfy Cincinnati Milacron thermal stability test, which evaluates resistance to sludge and deposits formation and absence of iron, copper and their alloys corrosion due to temperature.
- HYDRAULIC PRESS LUBRICANT ADDITIVE PACKAGE, innovative ash-free additive technology, specifically designed to formulate lubricants for presses of ceramic industries; at the suggested treat rate, when suitable base oils and Viscosity Modifiers are used, the obtained lubricants satisfy the requirements of specification SACMI 200.02.A01 (2013) as oil type nr. 18 (oleodynamic circuits of ceramic presses).
